Job Role : JAVA / J2EE - SE / SSE Engineer
Job Purpose : To enhance CCIT applications as per user requirement by applying software development process to meet the business need.
Key Result Areas
- Should participate in Requirement Sign-off process
- Should mentor junior team members on technical as well business knowledge of application.
- Should prepare technical requirements for projects along with team lead.
- Should develop code and test it as per defined quality standards (Agathone methodology)
- Should provide UAT support.
- Should provide third level support to production issues from assigned application within defined SLA.
- Should develop business as well as technical knowledge on CCIT applications.
- Should participate in project review meetings as and when required.
- Should mentor junior team members on technical as well business knowledge of application.
- Should work closely with Application Development Manager to improve development & Quality processes.
Educational Qualifications
BE /MCA
Relevant Experience: 2 â€" 4 Yrs
Desired skills/knowledge
- Strong technical skills in Design Patterns, JAVA, J2EE, Struts, PL Sql and shell scripting
- Strong Logical and analytical skill
- Strong estimation skills
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Good team player
- Strong hold on Development and Quality processes
