Position: Claim Service Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2 â€" 4 years
Work Timings: EST timings (IST 1830 hrs to 0330 hrs)

Job Description
• The role of the CSE is to look the claims in our portal and need to verify them and send them to respective payers.
• Doctors will register themselves in our claims portal to send there claims to the respective payers.
• It is support oriented roles where there is a need to do the verification of claims follow up with the respective doctors and payers.
• Experience in Claims follow-up, Knowledge in US Health Care and EDI claims.
• Should possess excellent communication skills and have strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Night Shifts.
• Neutral accent with customer service background in a technical environment.

Desirable
• Experience/Knowledge in US-Healthcare domain.

Qualification: Graduates only.
