• Profile â€" Sales Executives are given leads of prospects searching for apartments across NCR. Company has extensive tie ups with all prominent developers across NCR and also across major cities in India. The sales executive is to understand the requirement of client and then offer suitable properties from our extensive portfolio of properties. Once the client shortlists the properties, the executive accompanies the client for site inspections of shortlisted properties and help in closing sales. Sales executives are given training of residential real estate market across NCR.
• Skills â€" Strong communication, negotiation, analytical ability.
• Salary â€" 2.1 Lacs + Conveyance Reimbursement (Actuals)+ Mobile Reimbursement (Actuals) + Incentive Potential â€" 50k â€" 3 Lac (Average Person makes around 1 Lac)
• Qualification â€" We prefer MBAs but graduates with 1/2 years of experience are also acceptable.
• Key Criteria â€" Good Communication Skills, Good Sales skills
• Date of Joining â€" ASAP
