Current Positions are Memory Characterization, Memory Layout, Memory Circuit Design
Location: Noida
Exp Level: 1-5 yrs
Urgency: High
Compensation: As per industry norms
Memory Characterization/Pkg:
• Good understanding of CMOS process & transistor level concepts.
• Knowledge of spice level simulator is most preferred
• Knowledge of scripting TCL/Perl is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Memory sub blocks, Latches, Flip/Flops and Controllers.
• Good Knowledge of Read/Write Cycles, Timing Characteristics.
• Knowledge of SRAM, DPRAM, ROM/DRAM.
• Experience on memory characterization would be preferred.
• Knowledge of Timing, Area and Power Optimization.
Memory Layout:
• Good experience on Memory layout.
• Basic concept of memory like SRAM, DRAM, bitcell etc and memory compiler.
• Good experience of working on Virtuso LE/XL, Calibre/Assura, DRC, LVS.
• Knowledge of SKILL and 2D/3D Extraction is a plus.
• Knowledge of Prevalent matching techniques.
• Hands on experience in Latchup Prevention, Well Proximity Control techniques.
Memory Circuit Design
• Good experience in cmos analog/digital circuit design and verification domain.
• Sound knowledge of SRAM blocks, IOs and concepts of SRAM design
• Knowledge of SRAM/ROM architecture,
• Solid concept over CMOS design.
• Knowledge of Timing,Area and Power Analysis at block/chip level.
• Unix and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Memory compilers is preferred.
• Simulation exp on HSPICE/SPECTRE/ELDO.
