We have job vacancies for the position of Sr. Applications Support Engineer in Kairaus Software, Gurgaon office. The job location will be onsite at Kairaus client location in Gurgaon.

Job Role: Sr. Applications Support Engineer
Job Description:
1. Application support to users across multiple .NET based applications.
2. Trouble ticket raising and closure.
3. Analyzing application issues, providing resolution and closure.
4. Follow application support lifecycle of analysis, issue identification, error correction, testing and user sign off.
5. Post implementation support.
6. Data migration, data back up, etc.
7. User training
Platform:
ASP.NET, Sql Server, Data Warehouses, integration to JD Edwards.
Required attributes & skills:
1. Proficient in spoken & written English.
2. Client relationship interaction and reporting.
3. High level of commitment towards user support.
Qualification:
1. BE, BCA, MCA
Relevant experience:
2 to 4 years.
