JOB DESCRIPTION :
Position: SDA (Sr. Service Desk Analyst)
Exp- 1+ yrs
Qualifications- Any Graduates (Must) or 3 yrs diploma from Govt. Poly technique
Shift- 24*7 support (rotational Shift – 7Amto 3pm; 3pm-11pm; 11pm-7am), (no cab/ meal)
Location- Gurgaon
Very Good Communication skills
Job Responsibilities:-
To provide L1 technical support over phone (voice support).
support on all IT related requirements, Desktop, Laptop or hardware.
To log the call in the system. (having exp in some call logging tool)
To issue the call ticket.
To deploy the site engineer to the client.
Get the feedback from the client.
Update the system in accordance with the calls closed.
Managing SLA, inform seniors in case any incident is violated the SLA
